Musical parody gives Broadway's A Chorus Line a singularly sensational epicurean twist.
Friday, April 6 at The Laurie Beechman Theatre
A COURSE LINE is a parody of the classic Broadway musical A Chorus Line -- with an epicurean twist. On a bare stage, a cast of brassy, tenacious actor-waiters share real stories (and accompanying songs) of waiting tables in New York, the hungriest city in the world. God, they hope you get it! Starring Bianca Leigh, Al McKeever, Patty McKeever, Edward Lynn Davis, William Bailey (aka Jada Valenciaga), Sam Benedict and Charles Edward Joseph.
A COURSE LINE runs Friday, April 6 at 10:00pm at The Laurie Beechman Theatre inside West Bank Cafe (07 West 42nd Street at Ninth Avenue -- accessible from the A,C,E,N,R,V,F,1,2,3 trains at 42nd Street). Tickets are $22, with a $20 food/drink minimum. To purchase tickets, call 212-352-3101 or visit www.SpinCycleNYC.com.
A COURSE LINE is the brainchild of Al, Patty and Busted, best known as the creators of the wildly popular Fire Island “Shitshow” as well as the cult hit comedy trio Sissy.
